  • To begin, we will need one month of current billing data.
  • A Box or Dropbox file can be provided, upon request, to deliver billing data.
  • PDF copies of the most recent monthly bill per account are requested.
  • Should online access be an option, we can directly download any and all pertinent billing data.

Governing Agreements

  • Please provide any and all existing telecom agreements.
  • If existing agreements are not available, we can acquire them from the service provider on behalf of the client.
  • These agreements must be reviewed prior to engaging a new service provider.

Service locations

  • Provide a list of all physical service locations to ensure we can obtain all the necessary billing info.

Primary point of contact

  • Reports and updates will be provided, to whomever our clients choose.
  • Please provide your primary point of contact (multiple points of contact are encouraged).
