1. Current billing data:
✓ To begin, we will need one month of current billing data.
✓ PDF copies of the most recent monthly bill per account are requested.
✓ A Box or Dropbox file can be provided, upon request, to deliver billing data.
✓ Should online access be an option, we can directly download any and all pertinent billing data.
2. Governing agreements:
✓ Please provide any and all existing telecom agreements.
✓ These agreements must be reviewed prior to engaging a new service provider.
✓ If existing agreements are not available, we can acquire them from the service provider on behalf of the client.
3. Service locations:
✓ Provide a list of all physical service locations to ensure we can obtain all the necessary billing info.
4. Primary point of contact:
✓ Please provide your primary point of contact (multiple points of contact are encouraged).
✓ Reports and updates will be provided, to whomever our clients choose.
