1. Billing info:

    • All we need is three months of current billing.

    • PDF copies of the most recent three months of billing is requested if available. If needed a Box or Dropbox file can be provided to store any billing data.

    • Should online account access be an option, we are able to download any billing data once provided with temporary login credentials.

2. Governing agreements:

    • Please provide any mobility contract copies you may have available.

    • If existing contracts are not available, missing, or unknown we can obtain them from the applicable service providers on your behalf.
